2. Services Description
Toolkit Elm Hub provides air-gapped transfer recordkeeping and reconciliation support for offline wallet holders. Our services are documentation and advisory in nature. We do not custody assets, execute transfers, manage private keys, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Korea to use our services.
4. Appointments and Engagements
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Cancellation with fewer than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your custody setup and transfer history. You must not provide private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords to our staff. We will never request such material.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on this website—including text, layout, and branding—is owned by Toolkit Elm Hub Co., Ltd. Reconciled ledger documents prepared for you during paid engagements are yours to retain and use. We retain no copies unless you explicitly authorize archival storage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, Toolkit Elm Hub Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorized access to your records, or decisions you make based on reconciled documentation.
8. No Warranties
Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that reconciled records will satisfy third-party requirements (tax authorities, auditors, legal proceedings) without independent verification.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
