From Scattered Notes to a Reconciled Ledger
Every engagement follows the same disciplined sequence, adapted to your vault count and record condition.
Intake & Scope Agreement
You submit a brief description of your custody setup through our contact form. We respond with a written scope, estimated session length, and a pre-session document checklist. No keys or seed material are requested at any stage.
Document Collection
You gather paper ledgers, exchange confirmations, printed explorer pages, and any prior reconciliation attempts. For remote sessions, documents are reviewed in person at our office or through a structured handoff—you describe contents; we do not request digital copies of sensitive material over email.
Mapping Session
We chart your vault structure and label each documented transfer against its source and destination. Unsigned movements, date mismatches, and ambiguous memos are flagged for discussion.
Gap Resolution
Together we resolve flagged items. You provide context; we update the working ledger. This is the longest phase for clients with multi-year record gaps.
Final Ledger Delivery
You receive a reconciled ledger in printed and PDF form, with an index of all entries and a summary of amendments made during the session. For quarterly clients, this becomes the baseline for the next reconciliation date.
Archival Guidance
We recommend filing procedures—bound ledger placement, companion document stapling, and quarterly summary storage—tailored to your setup.
What We Never Do
- Request private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
- Ask you to connect hardware to networked devices
- Execute transfers on your behalf
- Provide investment, tax, or legal advice
Companion App
For clients who want a digital aid that stays on an offline machine, we maintain a companion ledger application distributed through the Microsoft Store. It supplements—but does not replace—professional reconciliation sessions.
