Registered Business

Official name: Toolkit Elm Hub Co., Ltd.

Established: 2019

Registered office: Office 10, 72 Demo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul 00000

Our Origin

Toolkit Elm Hub began when our founder—a former corporate treasury analyst who had moved personal holdings entirely offline—spent a weekend trying to reconcile three years of paper transfer notes before a routine audit. The spreadsheets failed. The exchange CSVs disagreed with the handwritten ledger. No service existed that understood the constraint: nothing could be plugged in.

We opened our Seocho office in 2019 to offer what we wished had existed: patient, air-gap-respecting recordkeeping for people who take custody seriously.

What We Believe

Offline custody is a discipline, not a product category. The holders we serve already made the hard decision to keep keys off networked devices. Our job is to make sure their paper trail matches their intent—without asking them to compromise the setup they chose.

Our Team

Soo-jin Han, Lead Reconciliation Specialist — Eight years in corporate treasury documentation before transitioning to independent custody recordkeeping. Certified in anti-money-laundering record standards (KR-FIU aligned).

Daniel Reeves, Documentation Associate — Former archive librarian with expertise in long-term document preservation and tamper-evident filing systems.

Min-kyung Yoon, Client Intake Coordinator — Manages scheduling, pre-session checklists, and secure document handoff procedures.

Working With Clients

We meet clients in our Demo-ro office, at their own secure location within Seoul, or through structured remote sessions that never require screen-sharing of sensitive material. Every engagement begins with a written scope agreement.

Community

We contribute field notes to our Journal and speak at local holder meetups about the practical side of maintaining accurate offline records—without endorsing any particular asset or custody product.
